Description: The think Recruitment website was made in partnership with Outside the Box who created the initial designs for the site. We then performed all of the development work.
Perhaps the site's most distinguishing feature is the video banner which provides an introduction to the think brand. The video will automatically play when someone first visits the site, but has to be started manually on subsequent visits.
The site features a media library, where documents pertaining to think can be downloaded. Users are required to provide their contact details in order to access the downloads.
There is also an application form and a "Profile Me" form which involves selecting 40 words from four mutually exclusive columns in order to determine the person's personality profile.
The site's static pages and media library are driven by a WordPress content management system.
