Description: Intelligent Landlords is a site which allows landlords to manage their properties online, and also submit their properties to major property advertising websites such as RightMove and Zoopla.
The system was designed to be as simple as possible and uses a credit system whereby landlords can purchase credits which can then be spent on their properties; each credit giving the propety 30 days of advertising time.
The system keeps track of which properties have active advertisments, and property profiles can be customised extensively to include all manner of details.
The site will receive ongoing development with the intention of becoming the foremost property management and advertising site in the UK.
